The upcoming VANJ CONFERENCE 2024 (VANJ 2024), themed “Innovations Driving a Resilient Society” is just around the corner. We’re excited to announce that this event will be held as a hybrid conference with both physical and online options.

This year’s conference aims to explore the pivotal role of innovation in building societies that are adaptable, sustainable, and resilient in the face of global challenges. We welcome submissions that address a wide range of topics, including technological advancements, social innovations, policy frameworks, and interdisciplinary approaches that contribute to a resilient society.

Kindly ensure your abstract is submitted by November 1st, 2024. When preparing your general abstract, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Title
  • Abstract for approximately 300 – 400 words, in text format only
  • Indicate your preferred presentation type: Oral or Poster
  • The abstract template: http://vanj.jp/links/vanj2024-abstract

The abstract you submit will undergo evaluation by our Scientific Committee. If your abstract is accepted for VANJ 2024, please prepare and submit your presentation materials to the conference by November 29th.

We encourage submissions for both Oral and Poster presentations. Please note that due to the limited capacity of the Oral sessions, we will carefully review all submissions and determine the appropriate presentation type for each submission. While submitting your abstract, kindly specify your preferred presentation type.

Our Scientific Committee will base on your submitted materials to identify outstanding contributions during the conference, acknowledging them with the following AWARDS. To qualify for the award, you must present your research at the conference.

  • Best Oral Presentation Awards
  • Best Poster Presentation Awards
  • Young Researcher Awards (for the most excellent research paper)
